Job Corps
The Job Corps is a federal program sponsored by the the U.S. Department of Labor. It provides vocational training for economically disadvantaged youth. In Kansas, the Flint Hills Job Corps Center (near Manhattan) has a nationally recognized program to meet the needs of youth who are single parents.
